Penny Road Elementary is a public school in Cary, North Carolina. We welcome families from Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Raleigh. In addition to nearly 600 terrific students, we have a dedicated staff who believe strongly in our school’s vision to foster a culture that is inclusive, engaging, and relevant for all students to continuously improve towards their full potential while building relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
Our PTA works diligently to fundraise throughout the school year so that we may continue to provide many wonderful opportunities to our students and staff. Thanks to the generosity of our families and local community, funds raised allow us to:
● Purchase new technology equipment, as well as, digital learning platforms to support curriculum ● Upgrade and repair existing technology and school equipment
● Enhance our learning environments by purchasing critical classroom supplies like paper
● Maintain and improve our school’s 30 year old facilities
● Support essential programming and educational experiences such as: ○ K-5 literacy programs
○ Field trips and family engagement opportunities ○ Health and Wellness activities
○ Cultural Arts programs and much more!
