Our Purpose
The Perfect, Inc. program was founded to empower formerly incarcerated women to achieve success while they transition back to their community. Perfect, Inc. program participants receive job training, coaching, mentorship, and job placement with fair pay and benefits, giving them the tools to write their own story.

Our mission is to empower formerly incarcerated women to achieve success as they transition back to their community. Perfect, Inc. program participants receive job training, life coaching, mentorship, and job placement with fair pay and benefits. Our goal is to support each woman as they write the continuation of their story.
