The Piedmont Agency on Aging is a non-profit senior centeter in the Piedmont region of South Carolina. We serve four counties: Abbeville, Laurens, Greenwood, and Saluda. Our mission is to provide free of charge services to in-need seniors to help them maintain their independence and in their own home longer. We offer transportation to medical apppointments, in-person senior activity and meal sites, Meals on Wheels, and telephone well-being assurance.
We are donor and volunteer driven! Our meals are delivered by volunteers daily, for some seniors this is the only contact shut-in seniors have during the week. Delivering the meals also allows the volunteer to check on the well being of the senior. And get help if needed.
