Pilots for Kids is a group of pilots from many different airlines who come togther for an amazing cause. They bring cheer to children whose lives have been forever changed by an illness. Each December, pilots travel to local DFW hospitals to spend time with sick and terminally ill children. They interact with the children by telling stories, answering questions and giving gifts. They also offer support to the parents who have children in the ICU through conversation and gift cards to local takeout restaurants.
