Dear potential donor of The Pitman Development Foundation
I am a supporter of Pitman Development Foundation(PDF), a nonprofit 501(C)3 corporation that raises funds for Pitman High School Athletic facilities as well as money for senior scholarships. 

Our past efforts in fundraising have provided a BBQ area and work station, picnic tables and umbrellas to seat 48 people and we currently are finishing up a snack bar, complete with equipment. Astonishingly the school is over 20 years old and has never had a snack bar at the track/football field to help their teams raise money!! 
With help and support from community members such as yourself we can raise funds to work on our next project. We are partnering with local service clubs to raise money for bleachers. This is no easy task and will cost close to $100,000.00.

I am writing to you today because your support no matter how big or small will help us reach our goal! Whether it is a monetary donation, raffle or silent auction item,anything will help tremendously.
