Plan Bee Academy is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to providing highly individualized education and therapeutic support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to cultivate a nurturing, structured, and evidence-based learning environment where neurodivergent students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our organization serves children and families across the Hampton Roads area who are seeking a more specialized approach to education—one that goes beyond traditional classroom settings. We employ a multidisciplinary model rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional communication development, and adaptive life skills training. Each student receives a tailored learning plan designed to meet their unique needs, capabilities, and goals.
Plan Bee Academy stands apart for its holistic approach. We emphasize not only skill acquisition but also emotional well-being, family involvement, and community integration. Through small class sizes, one-on-one instruction, and a dedicated team of educators and behavioral professionals, we aim to empower every student with the tools they need to navigate the world with confidence and independence.
