We're reaching out on behalf of Point Fermin Elementary School in San Pedro, CA. We are a STEAM magnet school that specializes in a marine science curriculum.

Right now we are in the works of launching a Read-A-Thon for all our students, beginning March 4, encouraging everyone to read as much as possible, with prize incentives.

We are seeking out any kind of donations for this - monetary or otherwise. Tickets as a prize for the kids would be absolutely amazing. Following the Read-A-Thon, our goal is to take any donations and put it towards designing a peace garden in our courtyard, creating another atmosphere for our students to read in peace. Pun intended :)

Since we are a 501 C3 non profit, all donations are tax deductible and so I have attached the coordinating school letter.
