Positively Parents is a parent run, nonprofit 501(c)(3), fundraising group which supports the gymnasts and coaches of Positively Gymnastics. Positively Gymnastics is Lebanon, Virginia’s premier gymnastics training facility. Positively Gymnastics features teams competing on multiple XCEL and USAG levels.
Positively Parents Booster Club, Inc. serves to help minimize the costs associated with gymnastics for our gymnasts and their families. As a low income area, many of our families live at or below the poverty level which makes a sport like gymnastics nearly impossible financially for many children.
Our Booster Club has a goal to pay for all meet fees for our gymnasts and all apparel the gymnasts need for the season, along with providing fun activities and events for the gymnasts throughout the season. We are working on plans to provide educational seminars to parents at both the team and recreation level on proper nutrition for gymnasts, gymnast mental health and family sportsmanship.
