We are communited to serving the community through the delivery of exceptional services and compassionate care, as a trusted leader in home care and hospice services. We are the only free standing, non-profit hospice provider in the area and are unique in that we have two residential hospice homes in the Marshall. MN community. Our Lockwood house has 5 beds and is staffed 24-7 with a Nurse and Aide and our McLaughlin house has four beds and is staffed 24-7 with a TMA and Aide. Our staff to patient ratios allow us to provide the best care to our residents. We also provide home care services to residents with in a 50 mile radius of Marshall, MN. In 2020 we purchased Fieldcrest Assisted Living in Cottonwood, MN. This facility has 19 resident apartments and we are licensed for up to 25 residents. The facility is staffed 25-7 with a minimum of two Aides. With limited access to the services we provide to our rural community we continue to work hard to ensure these services are available well into the future. As a small non-profit we rely heavily on our fundraising efforts to ensure the best possible care for our patients and residents. Our fundraising makes up 10-15% of our annual revenue.
