I am writing on behalf of the Prairieview Elementary PTO to request a donation of gift cards or tickets for our upcoming Fun Fair event raffle on Friday March 10th, 2023. This is our largest fundraiser of the school year and a time where we seek help.
At this event, typically attended by parents, teachers and students, we use your donations to raffle off gift cards, merchandise and/or services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help offset costs for teachers to purchase items for students not provided by the district.
We would greatly appreciate any donation that your organization can make. If you make a donation to our fundraising event, your business will be recognized in our school newsletter, school website and social media page. We will also provide a PTO tax exempt ID number for your records.
