GREETINGS TO OUR WONDERFUL PARTNERS IN EDUCATION!
We are writing to you because your business is a local favorite in our community. We’re hoping you can help us support one of our neighborhood’s greatest assets - the quality public education at Prestonwood Elementary School. This year, our PTA is holding a Silent Auction and a Roaring Twenties themed in-person auction to raise funds for educational projects. As a key member of our cherished community, we would love to include you and your business in this fundraising effort!
Our small, diverse, school is a Title 1 public elementary in Richardson Independent School District. Over 40% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunches, and the PTA provides supplemental financial aid beyond the Title
1 grant.

Past auctions have enabled the PTA to support and fund the following: Books and resource materials for all classrooms
Classroom technology upgrades Scholarships for field trips Equipment for our PE program School-wide enrichment programs
This year our goal is to provide resources for our wonderful support staff, teachers, teachers’ assistants, counselors, and visiting enrichment programs.
The work done by the PTA is vital to enhancing public education for those children that come from fortunate backgrounds as well as those who do not. By choosing to partner with the Prestonwood PTA, you are investing in families from all over Prestonwood as well as your own. Please consider donating an item, a service, or gift card that we may place in our auction.
Your business would be a wonderful addition and certainly increase the amount we raise. All donated items are listed on our auction site with your company logo to provide extra exposure for your business. Your donation is tax deductible as allowed by the law, our tax ID# 23-7212581.
