The core mission of Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (PPC) is to empower women, men, and their families, fostering the making of healthy, life-affirming choices. Our commitment extends to providing comprehensive support, encompassing spiritual, emotional, and medical assistance, coupled with tangible resources, to expectant mothers, fathers, and their children.

For over 33 years, PPC has been at the forefront of assisting families grappling with unplanned pregnancies. Our multifaceted approach includes options counseling, pregnancy tests, and an array of expanded medical services that include ultrasounds and STD/STI testing. We have locations in Richardson, Dallas, and Fort Worth as well as a mobile unit. We also have a Family Resource Center in Richardson where we provide vital baby care essentials, health navigation, car seat inspection, educational classes, and counseling services-- all provided free of charge.
