PPAS is a public school composed of grades 6-12 in New York City’s Times Square. Our culturally-diverse student body auditioned for entry into the school and they represent the finest up-and-coming talent in New York City. Many of our students have performed in film, television and on Broadway.

PPAS is built upon successful private-to-public partnerships with world-renowned arts partners: Alvin Ailey, SAB, Rosie's Theater Kids, National Chorale, and Waterwell. Our students are very fortunate to learn from these professional artists, dancers, singers, actors, and teachers who expertly emphasize the importance of training, commitment, and hard work.

Every year our school holds a Gala and Auction to help raise funds to support these partnerships. I am writing today to ask if Six Flags would consider making a donation. By donating to our school, your business will receive valuable exposure and visibility through our communication campaign and auction seen by over 400 families from all 5 boroughs.

The PPAS PTA's mission is to provide support and resources for the benefit and educational growth of our students as both developing artists and as citizens of the world. The things that make PPAS special are made possible, in part, by the money raised to fund programs.  We are leaning on the community to help us support PPAS to overcome some very big budget deficits this year.

Performances and productions from musical theater, drama, dance, vocal and the middle school are funded by the PTA. The PPAS PTA also provides funds to enhance the academic experience and to purchase items such as books, paper, science equipment and furniture.  Our goal is to raise 35k. Your support means so much to us!
