Since 2018, P3 has been working to combat systemic inequities through speaking, writing, mentorship, career exposure, and awarding monthly scholarships. Our mission is to empower and inspire African-American youth by equipping them with a roadmap and resources for success.

To fulfill our mission, we operate three key initiatives: The Pulse of Perseverance Book, “Three Black Doctors on Their Journey to Success,” with over 20,000 units sold via Amazon, channels 100% of proceeds into monthly youth scholarships totaling $65,000+.
Engaging in national and local speaking engagements, we uplift African-American youth and share transformative stories and lessons.
Our P3 app eradicates barriers, fostering mentoring connections and intellectual spaces for underprivileged youth to support, motivate, and network, enabling upward mobility.
