Reach for Resources mission is to empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential byt providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. For over 35 years, Reach for Resources has been providing person-centered services and supports to individuals with disabilities throughout Minnesot with the majority living in the 7-metro county area surrounding the Minneapolis metro area. Over 98% of the adults that are served are eligible for medical assistance due to low income levels. Our services & supports include: Housing Stabilization, Employment Supports, Adaptive Recreation, Inclusion, Mental Health, Counseling, In-Home Supports and Case Management.
