(Rehabilitation Education, and Advocacy for Citzens with Handcaps) is a North /texas based non-profit (501c3) corporation located in the Fort Worth, Dallas, Denton, and Plano and is governed and staffed by a maority of people with disabilities. We provide services for people with disabilities so that they are empowe3red to lead self-directed lives and educationng the gengeral public about disablited related topics in order to promote a barrier free community. We will be serving the disable youth poputlatiom to assist with transitioning out of high school and into independent living.
