Recreational Therapy Solutions was founded in 2021 to support people through recovery and give them life skills to prevent relapse. We do this by offering recreational therapy to help people combat the underlying emotions related to their addiction.  Recreational activities help people deal with stress, depression, or other triggers to their addiction.

Our recreational therapists use a variety of programs (exercise, sports, physical activities) to address the emotions and issues that may deter a person’s recovery. People in recovery are used to spending their time using drugs and alcohol. We give them other healthy outlets to replace these unhealthy behaviors. We teach how to live a happy and productive sober life. Our approach is centered on wellness and whole mind and body healing / recovery.
