For more than 40 years, the Redwood PAL Golden Bears have served the youth of Sonoma County through our football and cheerleading program. Our non-profit program has strived to give our youth a place to come together and participate in a safe and fun environment. As an organization, we have made it our goal to encourage the children we serve to achieve success in all they do. Aside from coaching our participants the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, we hope to give them the confidence and encouragement to handle life’s issues head on.
