Reliant Foundation's mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals of all ages in the Central and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts. Reliant Foundation raises funds year-round and awards community health-focused grants to non-profit 501(c)3 organizations in Central and MetroWest, Massachusetts. We work in partnership with the area Community Health Improvement Plans and participate in Community Health Assessments to ensure that our work and our grants are in alignment with the top community health issues facing our service are. Our current focus areas include increasing access to mental and behavioral health services for children and youth, and addressing the substance use/opioid epidemic with impactful education and recovery programs.
