The Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation was created in 1956 when Dayton employees pooled donations together as a way to help local charities. It is now the longest standing associate-run charitable foundation in the United States. We proudly serve eight counties surrounding Dayton: Montgomery, Greene, Warren, Butler, Preble, Darke, Miami, and Clark. Managed by an all-associate board of trustees, the foundation meets four times a year to review grant requests, disburse funds based on associate feedback, and organize volunteer activities.

Now, our Texas offices have their own Texas Chapter of our Foundation. Our mission remains the same, but to assist local charities in the Houston and College Station areas. Since our Texas Chapter was established this year, we are currently only fundraising to establish funds to provide grants to those charities next year. This is why I have entered the beneficiaries as the lowest number available.
