1.To arouse and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the Russellville High School band, which includes but is not limited to, marching band, concert band, jazz band, pep band, color guard, winter guard, indoor drumline and any other related activities and to assist the band director(s) and school authorities in the development of an outstanding band program;

2. To lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the RHS Band program, which includes but is not limited to, marching band, concert band, jazz band, pep band, color guard, winter guard, indoor drum line and any other related activities; and
