Richmond Public Library is a small rural library in Easter Kansas. We are right on the edge of Franklin County. We are a small rural town of less that 500 in population. There are not many businesses here or places for people to go. The library is here and it's FREE for everyone. We provide programs for all age groups. Story time for the kids not in school, afer school crafts for most major holidays for the school kids. An adult craft/ food club and adult Bread class. Summer reading in June and July for all age groups. We try to provide something for everyone. But we are small and there is not a lot here in this town, so we have to go outside of town to ask for donations.
