Overby-Sheppard Elementary is a Title 1 public elementary school serving grades pre-k through 5 in Richmond, Virgina. We serve a population of 250 students and we strive to provide our students with exceptional learning opportunities. As a Title 1 school, a large percentage of our populatoin is low income and resource deficient. As such, we strive to provide not only quality education to our students but also basic necessities.
