Rise for baby and family provides comprehensive therapeutic support for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities, offering care from educators and physical, occupational and speech therapists right in a child’s home. We serve almost 300 children annually in all 40 towns of NH's Monadnock Region. Families are never billed for services provided, ensuring children receive the services needed to help them thrive and succeed as they get ready for school. This in turn benefits the entire community, as school success helps children grow to be strong and successful adults.
