Since our founding in 2019, Rising Up Together has been committed to empowering youth and families to connect, find purpose, and build resilience for life. From 2020 to 2022, our team conducted semi-structured interviews, searched the scientific literature, and worked closely with field experts to develop a curriculum for an after-school youth empowerment program. After years of careful development, this curriculum is ready to be piloted in select counties across Utah. Our program, which will be held once a week for 10 weeks, is designed to promote knowledge, skills, and behaviors that enable youth to meet Rising Up Together’s objectives as outlined previously.
