The Riverhead Charter school is a public school of choice servicing over 700 students in grades K-12. Riverhead Charter school provides education and support to families in over 20 Long Island towns including Riverhead, Shirley, Mastic, Bellport, Middle Island, Yaphank, Ridge, Gordon Heights, and Wading River.
Many of the Families supported by the Riverhead Charter school are from low income households. All of our students receive free breakfast and lunch, many also receive food weekly from our food pantry and backpack meal program.
These sponsorships are critical in helping our students attend college. Without this scholarship fund, many of our students would not have the financial flexibility to attend the college of their choice to receive a higher education.
