F/PAL is a youth crime prevention program that utilizes educational, athletic, and recreational activities to create a positive relationship between public safety and youth. It is based upon the conviction that young people – if they are reached early enough – can develop strong positive attitudes towards public safety professionals, which in turn helps to reinforce responsible values and attitudes as they grow and mature.
