Mission: Create Joy through Small Acts of Kindness
Vision: Our goal is to inspire others to create joy in the world by sharing small charitable actions for just causes that are “Just beCause”
Just Cause Create Joy was created out of love and compassion towards others. It’s an organization that no matter how big or small, we want to make people feel special and loved. Our Mission statement Create Joy through Small Acts of Kindness is exactly what we do. Listed below are some of our successful programs we have completed in less than a year of becoming a non-for-profit.
1. Backpack drive to help over 150 underserved children receive school supplies in the Chicagoland area.
2. Stocked the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton Illinois with supplies, clothing, food, etc.
3. Comfort & Joy Christmas Program. Sponsored 275 children in at risk communities in the Chicagoland area.
4. Halloween Costume – collected 375 gave to area woman’s shelters and the Boys and Girls Club.
5. Stock the Animal Shelters – we stocked 3 shelters in Illinois for both dogs and cats.
6. We just completed our Golden Guys & Girls Program which enabled us to give over 400 gift bags to nursing home residents in Michigan, North Carolina and Illinois.
7. Happy Childrens Book Day – provided books, blankets & Snacks to the children in the Englewood Area of Chicago.
We have some many programs that are completed, that you can view on our website. We might be small, but we are mighty. We have so many programs we would like to complete and grow our original programs. With your help of donating a couple park passes we hope that our fundraising raffle event will be successful in helping us raise funds so we can continue our mission creating smiles through small acts of kindness.
