We are friends of Walter "Rock" Joseph, Jr., who was taken from our lives way to early. In 2012, after his sudden passing, we decided to raise money for his family with a memorial bowling tournament. In 2013, his family told us to take the money from our second memorial tournament and pay it forward.
We took their directive, and started Rock Joseph Memorial Scholarship to provide higher education scholarships to youth bowlers in the North Central Texas area. We started by presenting in conjunction with the NCTUSBC Youth City Tournament.
