My name is Jillian Porter. I'm a member of the Lions Club in Rockton, IL. Our focus is community service. I am the event coordinator for the Jack Lovejoy Memorial Golf Outing. 

100% of the proceeds from this event are placed in a scholarship fund which is managed by the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois. The scholarship is awarded yearly to graduating seniors of Hononegah and South Beloit High Schools who are pursuing careers in fields that don't typically require a bachelor degree. In other words, it is a trade/vocational/technical scholarship.

We hold a silent auction during our after party / luncheon and I was wondering if your company would be willing to donate an item(s) that we could use in the auction. I can provide receipts and tax documentation to your company for write-off purposes.
