At the Ronald McDonald House Charities Northeast Kansas house we offer eight sleeping rooms with private bathrooms, a large dining room, double kitchen, living and family rooms, laundry facilities, playground, and off-street parking for families of sick children, so they can remain close to them while they are in the hospital.  We provide lodging, meals, and support services for these families, allowing them to focus on what's most important - the health of their children.  While our cost are $75/night, families are asked to donate $25/night.  No one is ever turnnned away for inability to pay.  Less than 25% of our families can afford to donate, which leaves a large deficit to fill through donations, grants and fundraising events.
