Rosa Parks Elementary School is a public school made up of a unique community of learners. Our school is the #1 diverse school in San Francisco and Bay Area (7th in California) with over 400 students speaking over 20 different languages. Additionally 60% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunches. Our school offers the Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program, in which native Japanese-speaking sensei, along with classroom teachers, educate children in Japanese language and cultural heritage while fostering a lifelong love of learning and opening their minds to a global view.
