As a business in the Lehigh Valley, we desire for our community to be healthy and thriving. As many factors challenge this goal, we formed our non-profit with this mission: Route to Respite exists to bring restoration in a safe, authentic place by offering temporary rest and relief from something troubling through mentoring, counseling and a place to gather. 

Since 2021, Route to Respite, has provided mental health services to Lehigh Valley. 65% of our clients served are between the ages of 13-18. The second highest group is adult women. The symptoms we treat the most include anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. The heart of our mission addresses the mounting mental health crisis which affects all demographics. The statistics related to how many people, especially our youth, are affected by the mental health crisis are both harrowing and heartbreaking. 

Currently we deliver services through one on one counseling and group therapy. As we expand the hope is to offer retreats and parenting workshops.
