SAFE Haven of Racine is a multi-service agency which offers emergency and outreach programs to young people and families. We provide services 24/7, 365 days per year. SAFE Haven of Racine is the only agency dedicated to serving youth aged 10 - 18, who have run away, are homeless, abused, neglected and/or risk of exploitation. Our outreach programs include youth groups, school engagement programs, plus an independent living well program, and a 12 month rapid rehousing program for youths aged 18-24. At the heart of SAFE Haven is our youth emergency shelter, which provides shelter, food, clothing and counseling; then services to assure young people obtain social-emotional well-being, permanent connections, education and/or employment and safe, stable housing.
