ARTICLE I: NAME
The name of this organization is Salisbury Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (SES PTO) located in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
ARTICLE II: PURPOSES
Section 1. The Purpose of the Salisbury Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (hereafter referred to as SES PTO) is to facilitate outreach efforts, community education, fundraising, project development, the sponsorship and/or advocacy of educational events and community building social events.
Section 2. The SES PTO is organized exclusively for the charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding Section of any future federal tax code (hereinafter "Internal Revenue Code").
