San Jose Parents Participating Preschool is proud to be celebrating our 68th year as a preschool! Founded in 1951 by a group of dedicated San Jose parents, SJPPNS is a cooperative preschool, administered and maintained by parents with the support of our amazing credentialed teachers.
Each year, we hold an annusal auction and would be honored if you would consider donating an item or two from your business to our auction.
Every year SJPPNS raises over $15,000 at our Annual Auction. The money we raise through fundraising events pays for field trips, building improvements, scholarships and new teaching materials. As our largest fundraiser, the Annual Auction accounts for 75% of the money we raise—and we need YOUR HELP to make it a success! By donating a retail item, service or gift certificate, you can help us make this year’s auction our most successful event yet.
Why Donate
It supports your community: The money raised at our Annual event allows us to continue providing a low-cost option for high-quality early childhood education to the families in our shared community.
It’s a great way to promote your business: The Annual event is open to all 100+ SJPPNS current member families along with alumni families and their invited guests. Donations received by February 28, 2020 will be featured in our event program and promoted on our Facebook page! Who doesn’t love free advertising?!
Your donation is tax deductible: Our school is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
How to Donate
What to donate: I’m sure you have something that would be fantastic! Certificates, tickets, swag, or even a cash donation are always a hit!
When to donate: The final deadline to donate is April 15, 2021.
Submitting your donation: Mail your donation to SJPPNS, 2180 Radio Ave., San Jose, CA 95125, ATTN: Susan Connolly or we can come by to pick up if it would be faster.
