Since 2006, SCOOP’s mission has been to reduce suffering and overpopulation among stray and feral cats in Cincinnati through non-lethal methods. We have distributed nearly 2500 spay/neuter vouchers to people of any income who help stray and feral cats in Cincinnati. In our newest program, we assist the community by paying for the medical care, including spay/neuter, of sick, injured and abused homeless cats. Our programs encourage community involvement in resolving a social issue. We have assisted over 3,000 community cats.
