The Mission of the SCARC Foundation, Inc. is to raise funds for programs that improve the lives of persons with developmental disabilities through maximizing annual fundraising and through increasing the SCARC Foundation Endowment Fund to ensure the long-term viability of the organization. Your support will guarantee funding for recreational activities, respite services for families and guardianship services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. These high-quality programs are provided by SCARC, Inc. and SCARC Guardianship Services, Inc. to over 500 Sussex County families who have children and adults with developmental disabilities..
