The work we do at CAP Agency assists and empowers individuals and families to achieve social and economic well-being in partnership with our community. For over 55 years we have focused on meeting basic needs; creating accessible, high-quality education; and providing safe and stable housing and energy support.
CAP is comprised of more than 20 programs designed to improve health and well-being for over 30,000 individuals annually throughout Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties in the program areas of Education, Family Services, Food & Nutrition, and Senior Services.
