Since 2006, Second Chance SPCA, has been Plano's Premier No-Kill Animal Shelter. Our mission is to rescue dogs off the euthanasia list from local municipal shelters.
We supply them with needed medical care, food, and shelter. Just as important, we provide all of our cats and dogs with the love and attention they deserve until they are placed into forever homes.
Second Chance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are not affiliated with, nor do we receive any funding from, the SPCA of Texas, ASPCA, or any other humane organization. We do not receive any city, state, or federal funds.
