The mission of the Seneca Museum of Waterways and Industry is to captivate and educate audiences of all ages about the rich industrial and waterways history of Seneca Falls. Through educational programming, exhibits, and collections preservation we tell the story of the Cayuga-Seneca Canal and how it led to industrial growth in Seneca Falls and other towns along its banks. We are able to incorporate STEM programming, history, social justice, and storytelling into the activities we do.
