Senior Houndsabound was formed in Summer of 2007 to provide long term homes to senior Beagles and Bassets who found themselves without a dedicated home. Many of our hounds come in with medical needs, and sometimes behavior. We have seen a range of ages, one even relinquished at age 15. Regardless of their background, we have given each of them love, met medical needs and hopefully given them a peaceful, stable life as they grow older. We lovingly call them “The Bounders”. We typically house 15-22 Bounders.
