We are a public school with approximately 800 students. As you may have heard or personally experienced, our students require more support than any other time in history. Our staff members are working tirelessly to ensure that they are supported both academically and emotionally, which is oftentimes overlooked.
While the district provides incentives for student recognition, staff members are frequently excluded. As expectations continue to rise and requirements change frequently, we would like to recognize outstanding staff members who go above and beyond their required duties, build student relationships and positively reinforce Serrano’s Champion Expectations. Staff members are nominated by their peers and during our monthly staff meetings, staff members are recognized for their outstanding contributions to our students, staff and community.
As a community, supporting one another and working together has become vital in the success of many businesses, including education.
