I am writing this letter on behalf of SGA Youth & Family Services (RSVP-Retired & Senior Volunteer Program) located 3154 W.47th St, Chicago, IL 60632. SGA’s mission is to enable children, families and communities facing great challenges with few resources to see their potential and discover new paths to success.
Our non-profit charitable institution and volunteers will be assisting the communities throughout the City of Chicago, by collaborating with local food banks, churches, Chicago Public Schools, nursing facilities and much more. Our program focus acknowledges individuals locally and nationally, who works in the community giving back their time and experiences daily. While we are building relationships, exploring valuable opportunities and resources for our families and communities in need, we find joy in taking time out of our busy schedules and showing our appreciation to our volunteers.
With the onset of getting back to some normalcy, we have a much needed obligation to say thank you to all of our active volunteers for their amazing service and staying committed, especially doing the pandemic. Should you make a donation, your business will be recognized throughout our organization newsletter and upcoming events. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the tax exempt ID number for your records.
