Shepherd23 is a relationship-focused community that offers accountability, mentorship and assistance for individuals and families coping with the effects of mental health concerns. By building support systems and creating goals together, hope and healing become possible.

Each client is partnered with a mentor who has personally overcome mental health concerns. Because of this they are able to build trusting, compassionate, relationships.

Every client is unique. Mentors assist in creating realistic goals around habits, relationships, finances, professional services, and faith then offer accountability to encourage success.

Financial hurdles can hinder progress and are the number one reason people don't seek help. As a part of meeting their goals, clients can receive limited financial assistance with medication, treatment, and some cost of living expenses.
