Our online Christmas auction has become an integral component of our annual fundraising efforts, enabling us to provide crucial financial assistance to families in need. This auction holds great significance and is cherished by many, as it ensures that individuals facing financial hardships due to illness do not have to miss out on the joy of gift-giving during the holiday season.
Would your organisation consider donating a gift or service to this year’s auction allowing us to extend our support to even more families this year?
As we assist families across Canada, we gladly accept gifts or services from any location within the country. Furthermore, donors have the option to designate their contributions to a specific region in Canada, enabling them to give locally or nationwide.
If a gift or service promoting your company is not feasible, we would be grateful to receive a financial contribution towards our cause. Every contribution, regardless of its form, plays a vital role in our mission to prevent life-threatening illnesses from plunging patients and their families into poverty.
Given the ongoing impact of Covid-19, this year has again proven to be particularly challenging for many of our patient families. Shine Through the Rain Foundation strives to alleviate their burden by providing financial support for overdue bills, grocery cards, and transportation expenses. Additionally, we fund camp scholarships and supply backpacks filled with all the necessary items for children who are well enough to attend.
