Our organization supports people with both Deafness and Blindness. Our mission is to offer opportunities for encouragement through education and social activities. Often times Deaf/Blind people live in isolation. SASISTL gives them a place to come and meet others like themselves and feel like they "fit in". Our Fundraiser will help our Deaf/blind members get opportunities and experiences they may not otherwise get to enjoy through our monthly meetings and events.
We are the only group of this kind in this part of the country!
