The Sinclair Elementary PTO is excited to announce our “Southwestern Soiree – Drink Dine and Donate in the Desert”. This is Sinclair’s annual auction, our biggest fundraiser of the year. The auction committee is planning a fun, festive, adult -only evening dedicated to raising funds for school enrichment programs and facility improvements.


With your support and generosity, we can continue to provide much needed improvements and updates to our school, resources and programs that impact the children of Sinclair. This year’s funds will be focused on making much needed improvements to our school cafeteria to better meet the demands of our growing student body and aging infrastructure. You can join us to help achieve this goal with your contribution!

There are many ways you can contribute and support educational excellence here in in our neighborhood. We are seeking donations ranging from gift certificates, event tickets, experiences, gift baskets, and more. Underwriters are also needed for catering, printing, decorations, and other production costs. You will receive excellent community exposure and advertising with a school community of over 1,500 parents, teachers & caregivers. Depending on your contribution level, your business will be featured in our school newsletter, website, school banners, and invitations. Plus your donation is tax deductible!
