Cesar Chavez Elementary is a Spanish immersion public school serving the Davis community and students grades kindergarten through sixth grade for more than 30 years. SIPAT (Spanish Immersion Parents and Teachers), the school's parent-teacher association (PTA), plays a critical role in the continued success of our school. SIPAT provides classroom grants, cultural enrichment, physical education equipment, outdoor education, music support, and other important things that are critical to the student experience.
Cesar Chavez Elementary School in Davis was just awarded 2023 Distinguished Schools Award by the California Department of Education. It received this award previously in 2014.
