The Society of American Military Engineers is a non-profit organization that unites public and private sector individuals and organizations from across the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, and acquisition fields in support of the United States' national security. SAME hosts a Gala once a year in San Francisco to bring the community together. At the Gala, we host a silent auction for attendees to bid on various products, services, and lodgings to supplement our grant to support college scholarships for prospective engineers in the community.
